Abeyon also designed and supports Femwell’s business intelligence solution for financial reporting. In the cognitive front, Abeyon implemented chirrp to enhance support to Topline MD Physicians.
Chirrp:
Abeyon implemented chirrp platform for Femwell to enhance support Topline MD provided to its physicians. This enabled physicians to simply text their questions on Topline MD services to a number and chirrp platform would reply to it appropriately. We all know physicians are busy and calling into a number and sitting on hold will take time away from patient care. With Chirrp, Femwell was able to increase efficiency for physicians.
