In partnership with Abeyon, OMG has created an Energy Savings Management System (ESMS) – a powerful web based software that enables real-time energy data review, multi-ship comparisons and route analysis from ship to shore. The ESMS Dashboard offers users an easy to use, data-driven platform, and includes features such as: real time ship stats such as speed, fuel usage, pressure, temperature and more. At a glance, comparative ship data allows for rapid analysis and action. A deeper look at ship specific stats, reveal ship speed, pressure, temperature, position and distance by voyage or leg. The user is able to perform real-time, ad-hoc reports that measure trends throughout the voyage, and calculate efficiency ratings based on fuel, leg, time of day, speed and other variables.
In addition, the website provides a comprehensive Administrative suite. Administrators have the ability to create new users, ships, components, measurements, among others. Admins also have the ability to assign user roles, add new companies and create new associations between groups of users and companies.
